Club meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month from September to April, starting at 7:00 pm. All meetings are held at the Town of Caroga Municipal Building. An optional social hour follows at a local business. Meeting Schedule
Second ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Scheduled for Saturday, September 21, 2019. A four man scramble shotgun start at 9 AM, followed by a late lunch buffet, Chinese Auction, and awards at 2:00. $80 a person includes greens fees, cart, goody bag and buffet. The golf tournament information was mailed at the end of June, but if you didn’t receive yours, please call Jeff Dutcher (518) 848-4542 for more information.
Land Owner Tax Credit
NYSSA is working on trying to get a tax credit for landowners who donate their property for use as a snowmobile trail. Please read the NYSSA May 2019 online magazine for specifics. NYSSA needs your help and is asking that you send a letter to the governor in support of the tax credit. The article has a draft letter that you can use. A letter has already been sent from the club in support of this effort. Please consider sending a letter. It’s about time that landowners get recognized by the state for their generosity and the important role they play in establishing a statewide snowmobile trail system.

Please register your sled before November 1st so the trail fund revenue is maximized for the club’s benefit. In order to receive the reduced registration fee, you must provide NYS DMV with a voucher. You may register your snowmobile online.
Please renew your membership ASAP. Joining the club allows you to attend club meetings and functions. The preferred method to renew a membership is online using the following web address: https://membership.nysnowmobiler.com/. For members who chose not to renew online, see our membership form (PDF). When completing the application, it is important to fill it out completely, legibly and accurately using your name and address as they appear on your registration. The club will email (or snail mail) your voucher when the membership is entered. You may return the application and payment via mail or in person at one of the club meetings.
CHRISTMAS & Landowner appreciation party
Will be held on Thursday, December 19 at Pine Lake Lodge. All members in good standing are welcome. A cash bar will be available and dinner will be provided by the Club. A brief membership meeting will begin at 6:30 followed by the festivities.
This season’s Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday, February 15th, and will be hosted by The Outlet. More info forthcoming at meetings and on Facebook.
